Comrade Appliances Promoter Sells 24.30% Stake for ₹6.42 Cr

Comrade Appliances Ltd announced that its promoter, Mr. Mehboob Alam, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to sell 18,90,000 equity shares, representing 24.30% of the company's paid-up share capital, for ₹6,42,60,000 (₹6.42 Crore). The agreement was executed on October 13, 2026, with Omnia Appliances Private Limited, Graphic Promoters and Developers Private Limited, Amaira Estate Advisors LLP, and MLJ Aeternum LLP as the acquirers. The company is not a party to this agreement. Upon completion of the open offer, the acquirers will be classified into the promoter group. This transaction does not impose any restrictions or liabilities on the listed entity and is not considered a related party transaction.
