Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt. Ltd., acting as the Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Detailed Public Statement regarding an open offer for Comrade Appliances Limited (CAL). The offer is made by Omnia Appliances Private Limited, Graphic Promoters and Developers Private Limited, Amaira Estate Advisors LLP, and MLJ Aeternum LLP (collectively, the 'Acquirers').
