Comrade Appliances Promoter Sells 24.30% Stake for ₹6.42 Cr

Comrade Appliances Ltd has disclosed a significant shareholding change. Mr. Mehboob Alam, a promoter holding 29.36% of the company's equity, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to sell 18,90,000 equity shares, representing 24.30% of the paid-up share capital, for ₹6,42,60,000 (₹6.42 Crore). The agreement was executed on October 13, 2026, with Omnia Appliances Private Limited, Graphic Promoters and Developers Private Limited, Amaira Estate Advisors LLP, and MLJ Aeternum LLP as the acquirers. These acquirers have no prior relationship with Comrade Appliances. Upon completion of the open offer, the acquirers will be classified as promoters. The company itself is not a party to this SPA, and there are no restrictions or liabilities imposed on the listed entity as a result of this transaction. This disclosure was revised due to a clerical error.
