FSN E-Commerce Ventures Acquires 82% Stake in Simply Nam Beauty

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited announced today the approval of its Board of Directors for the acquisition of an 82% equity stake in Simply Nam Beauty Private Limited. The transaction, valued at up to INR 33 Crores, was finalized through executed transaction documents. The Board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹4,500.92 Crore for the quarter and ₹10,022.35 Crore for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. Profit before tax for the quarter was ₹148.51 Crore, and for the half-year, it was ₹277.67 Crore.
