Bansal Roofing Acquires 79.96% Stake in Durapuf Insutech Panels

Bansal Roofing Products Ltd. announced the approval of its Board of Directors for the acquisition of 79.959% of the equity share capital of Durapuf Insutech Panels Private Limited ('DIPPL') through a subscription to fresh equity shares. This strategic move will make DIPPL a subsidiary of Bansal Roofing upon completion. The company also disclosed its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹4,968.76 Lakhs, a significant increase from ₹3,408.56 Lakhs in the same period last year. For the half-year, revenue was ₹9,557.80 Lakhs, up from ₹7,028.23 Lakhs in the prior year.
