Bansal Roofing Approves Durapuf Insutech Acquisition

Bansal Roofing Products Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of 79.959% of the equity share capital of Durapuf Insutech Panels Private Limited (DIPPL) through a subscription to fresh equity shares. Following this acquisition, DIPPL will become a subsidiary of Bansal Roofing. The company also approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Independent Auditor's Limited Review Report.
