Creative Newtech Acquires Zicom SaaS for ₹50.50 Cr

Creative Newtech Limited has approved the acquisition of 100% of Zicom SaaS Private Limited for approximately Rs. 50.50 Crore (Enterprise Value). The consideration includes Rs. 25.00 Crore in cash and Rs. 25.50 Crore through a preferential issue of 2,25,000 equity shares at Rs. 1,133.33 per share. This strategic move aims to bolster Creative Newtech's surveillance and managed security services business by integrating Zicom's expertise in Security as a Service (SaaS), intelligent surveillance, and AI-enabled solutions. The acquisition is expected to transition Creative Newtech towards an integrated, technology-led platform, enhancing recurring revenue opportunities and participation in larger projects. The deal is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, with an EGM scheduled for November 28, 2026, to approve the preferential share issue.
