Fujiyama Power Systems Expands with 1 GWh Tubular Battery Facility

Fujiyama Power Systems Limited announced the establishment of a new 1 GWh Tubular Batteries manufacturing facility in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. This expansion is part of a broader board-approved strategy that also includes enhancing Lithium Batteries manufacturing capacity by 1 GWh at their Ratlam Plant in Madhya Pradesh. The board also approved amendments to the Articles of Association and the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar as a director liable to retire by rotation. The meeting was held on August 24, 2026.
