Future Consumer Ltd Faces Insolvency Petition Admission

Future Consumer Ltd has been served with an insolvency petition admission order by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench. The petition was filed by Resurgent India Special Situations Fund under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The NCLT has admitted the petition, initiating the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Future Consumer Ltd.
