Future Enterprises Ltd. has announced the proposed date for the Thirty-Ninth meeting of its Committee of Creditors (CoC). The meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 13 November 2025, at 11:00 A.M. This announcement is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule 111 of LODR.
