Futuristic Securities Audit Committee Approves New Statutory Auditors

Futuristic Securities Ltd announced that its Audit Committee, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, reviewed and deliberated on the resignation of M/s. MAKK & Co. as Statutory Auditors. The resignation was tendered due to the merger of M/s. MAKK & Co. with M/s. MKPS & Associates LLP. The Audit Committee found no material concerns beyond the stated reason. Consequently, the committee recommended the appointment of M/s. MKPS & Associates LLP as the new Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy, subject to shareholder approval.
