G. G. Dandekar Properties to Dispose of Unused Land

G. G. Dandekar Properties Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, has authorized the Executive Director and/or CFO to proceed with the disposal of unused land. The land, located in Bhiwandi, Thane, has an area of approximately 1,800 Sq. mtrs. The disposal will be for a consideration not less than its fair market value. The company will provide further details upon execution of the transaction.
