G. G. Dandekar Properties to Divest 1,800 Sq. mtrs. Land Parcel

G. G. Dandekar Properties Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, has approved the disposal of an unused land parcel. The land, measuring approximately 1,800 Sq. mtrs. and located in Bhiwandi, Thane district, will be sold for a consideration not less than its fair market value. The Executive Director and/or Chief Financial Officer have been authorized to undertake all necessary actions for this transaction. The company will provide further details upon execution of the sale.
