This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on October 14, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Agarwal brings over 11 years of experience in infrastructure development and EPC execution, currently leading the Company’s Tunneling & Underground EPC Business. Mr. Aggarwal has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources and organizational transformation, overseeing the Company’s people strategy and corporate communication.
