G R Infraprojects Re-appoints Independent Director Rajan Malhotra

G R Infraprojects Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Rajan Malhotra as an Independent Director for a second term of five years. The approval was granted by the company's members at the 30th Annual General Meeting held on July 24, 2026. Mr. Malhotra's new term will commence on May 27, 2027, and conclude on May 26, 2032. He brings over 42 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, having held significant leadership roles at L&T and chaired the Projects Export Promotion Council of India. He is not related to any other directors and is not debarred from holding a director's office.
