Gabion Technologies India Ltd announced the resignation of Mrs. Vineeta Gautam, a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 18, 2026. The resignation is attributed to her inability to dedicate sufficient time due to existing commitments and workload. The company expressed appreciation for her contributions.
