The total consideration of the shares transferred is INR 12,146,875. The companies involved in the transaction are DMP Vanijya Pvt. Ltd, Dream Mercantile Pvt. Ltd, Mangonel Mercantile Pvt. Ltd, Star Vinimay Pvt. Ltd, Hardco Commercial Services Pvt. Ltd, and Mangonel Infradevelopers Pvt. Ltd. The transferors and transferees include Suman Agarwal and Vinay Kumar Agarwal.
