Vinay Kumar Agarwal and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), including Mrs. Suman Agarwal, have acquired 1,31,181 equity shares, representing 4.23% of the total equity and voting share capital of Gajanan Securities Services Limited. This acquisition was made through on-market transactions on June 4, 2026. Following the acquisition, the total shareholding of Vinay Kumar Agarwal and PACs in the company has increased to 46.475% (Acquirer) and 24.740% (PAC), respectively, bringing their combined stake to 71.215%.
