Parshwanath: Promoters transfer 3.78% shares via gift

Parshwanath Corporation Ltd announced an inter-se transfer of 1,18,526 equity shares, representing 3.78% of the total paid-up share capital, among its promoters. Mrs. Indiraben N. Patel transferred her entire holding of 1,18,526 shares to Mr. Raj Rushabh Patel by way of gift. Post-transfer, Mrs. Indiraben N. Patel's shareholding is nil, while Mr. Raj Rushabh Patel's shareholding increased from 36.85% to 40.63%. The company clarified that this transaction is an inter-se transfer within the existing promoter group and does not alter the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group in the company.
