Galactico Corporate Services Ltd's subsidiary, Instant Finserve Private Limited, has allotted Optionally Convertible Redeemable Debentures (OCRDs) amounting to Rs. 5,50,00,000 (Rupees Five Crore Fifty Lakhs Only) to Galactico Corporate Services Limited. The allotment, consisting of 55,000 debentures of Rs. 1000/- each, was approved by the members of Instant Finserve Private Limited in their meeting. Additionally, in a separate board meeting, Instant Finserve Private Limited redeemed Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) of the same amount to Mrs. Charushila Lathi, a debenture holder, in accordance with the term and conditions of their issue.
