Raconteur Global Resources Calls for Balance Payment on Warrants

Raconteur Global Resources Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, approved a proposal to call upon remaining warrant holders to pay the balance 75% of the issue price for their convertible share warrants. This follows the conversion of 2,499,999 warrants into equity shares by two holders on July 2, 2026. The company will now request the remaining three warrant holders, who hold 4,749,999 warrants, to complete the payment for conversion into equity shares as per the terms of the issue.
