Regency Digitrade Acquires 13.87% Stake in Raconteur Global

Regency Digitrade Investments Private Limited has disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in Raconteur Global Resources Limited. The acquisition, executed via Preferential Allotment on September 8, 2026, resulted in Regency Digitrade holding 13.87% of the total equity share capital. Prior to this, their holding was also 13.87%. The total equity share capital of Raconteur Global Resources Limited before the acquisition was 13,27,78,430 shares, increasing to 180,278,420 shares after the acquisition. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
