Cupid Promoter Aditya Halwasiya acquires 2.4 Mn shares, stake now 34.41%

Cupid Limited announced that its Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, acquired 2,400,000 equity shares of the company. This open market acquisition increased his shareholding by 0.18%. Before the transaction, Mr. Halwasiya held 34.23% of Cupid's shares, which has now risen to 34.41%. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total diluted share capital of Cupid Ltd after the acquisition stands at ₹1,344,660,700, divided into 1,344,660,700 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
