HUDCO Promoter Shareholding Shifts to MoHUA

Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) has announced a significant shift in its promoter shareholding. Shares previously held by the Ministry of Rural Development (20.73%) have been transferred to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA). Following this transfer, MoHUA now holds the entire 75% promoter shareholding in HUDCO, consolidating it under the administrative ministry. This change was communicated by the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) and does not alter the Government of India's overall 75% stake in the company.
