Ganesha Ecosphere Appoints Rajiv Kumar Saxena as Independent Director

Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Kumar Saxena as an Additional (Non-Executive Independent) Director to its Board. The appointment is effective from August 3, 2026, for a term of two consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Saxena, a seasoned banking professional with 35 years of experience at State Bank of India, brings extensive expertise in credit, portfolio management, corporate governance, and risk management. He is not related to any existing director or KMP and meets all independence criteria.
