Garuda Construction appoints Dhruti Harsh Satia as Independent Director

Garuda Construction and Engineering Ltd's Board of Directors, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Dhruti Harsh Satia (DIN: 11670095) as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director). Her appointment is effective from April 21, 2026, and will last until the next General Meeting or until her regularization by members, whichever comes first. Mrs. Satia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2015. She has prior experience as a Company Secretary for Mercury Trade Links Limited and as an Assistant Company Secretary for Essel Finance Wealth Zone Private Limited. The company confirmed that Mrs. Satia meets the independence criteria as per the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and is not related to any other director or debarred by SEBI.
