Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the establishment of a new Gaudium Women Hospital in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The hospital will be set up through a long-term lease arrangement with the property owner, Mrs. Abhilasha Singh and M/s. Abhilasha Enterprises. The estimated project cost for development, construction, and equipping the hospital is up to ₹15 crore. The lease agreement is for 30 years, with a 15-year lock-in period. Gaudium IVF will pay the landowner 10% of net revenue generated from the hospital, plus applicable taxes, after recovering an initial security deposit of ₹3 crore. The company will manage the hospital operations during the lease tenure. The parties involved are not related to the promoter or group companies.
