Gautam Exim Appoints SASA & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Gautam Exim Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s SASA & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment, effective August 12, 2026, fills a casual vacancy created by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s B. A. Desai & Associates. The board approved the appointment during a meeting held on the same date. M/s SASA & Associates brings experience in statutory audit, taxation, and corporate compliance, with CA Vivek Goyal as a key partner.
