Gayatri BioOrganics: Chairman Resigns, New CMD Appointed

Gayatri BioOrganics Limited announced key decisions from its Board meeting on August 4, 2026. Mr. Venkata Sandeep Kumar Reddy Tikkavarapu resigned as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, effective August 5, 2026, due to professional and personal reasons. Concurrently, Mr. Sreedhara Reddy Kanaparthi was re-designated from Whole-time Director to Chairman and Managing Director for a three-year term, effective August 5, 2026, subject to member approval. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and proposed a change in the company's name to 'Ananth BioOrganics Limited' or similar, pending regulatory and member approvals. The 35th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2026.
