Gayatri BioOrganics Reappoints Vas & Co. as Internal Auditors

Gayatri BioOrganics Ltd re-appointed M/s. Vas & Co., Chartered Accountants, as their Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made during the Board Meeting held on May 19, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and the Auditor’s Report along with the declaration as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
