Gayatri Highways Appoints PPKG & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Gayatri Highways Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. PPKG & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditor. This appointment fills a casual vacancy created by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. PRSV & Co. LLP. M/s. PPKG & Co. will serve from August 29, 2026, until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board of Directors, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved this appointment, which is subject to shareholder ratification at the next General Meeting. The firm has experience in various audit and consultancy services for public and private sector entities.
