Gayatri Highways Completes 23% Stake Acquisition in HKR Roadways

Gayatri Highways Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of 23.00% of the Equity Share Capital in HKR Roadways Limited from Kotak Special Situations Fund. The acquisition, involving 10,67,729 equity shares of face value INR 10 each, was finalized on August 27, 2026. This move is expected to be beneficial for Gayatri Highways' future growth prospects within the infrastructure industry. The company has submitted the necessary details as per SEBI regulations. HKR Roadways Limited is involved in the four-laning of the Hyderabad - Karimnagar - Ramagundam Road project on a BOT basis and reported a total revenue of Rs. 26,402.61 Lakhs in FY 2024-25. The transaction is not a related party transaction.
