Prataap Snacks Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of RLOP Food Processing Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of ₹15,44,60,000. This strategic move makes RLOP Food Processing a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prataap Snacks. The acquired entity, incorporated in 2014, has not yet commenced business operations but holds leasehold land allotted by government authorities, intended for Prataap Snacks' proposed Greenfield manufacturing project. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and did not require specific governmental or regulatory approvals.
