Innovators Facade Systems Approves Acquisition of ICWPL

Innovators Facade Systems Limited announced board approval for the acquisition of 10,10,000 Equity Shares, representing 51.03% of the equity share capital of Innovators Contracting Works Private Limited (ICWPL), from Ms. Vedika Radheshyam Sharma. The company also approved a preferential issue of 9,50,971 Equity Shares to Ms. Sharma for consideration other than cash (share swap). Related party transactions in connection with the acquisition were also approved, subject to shareholder consent. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) has been scheduled for November 25, 2026, to seek necessary approvals. The board meeting was held on October 26, 2026.
