Tata Motors Subsidiary Acquires 89.42% Stake in Iveco Group

Tata Motors' indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, TML CV Holdings B.V., has successfully acquired a significant stake in Iveco Group N.V. Following a voluntary total tender offer, the subsidiary has reached a shareholding of 89.42% of Iveco Group's common share capital. The acceptance period for the offer has closed, and the provisional results indicate that the threshold condition for the acquisition has been met. The total value of the accepted shares amounts to EUR 3,429,463,852.80, based on the amended offer price.
