Gayatri Highways Closes Trading Window for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Gayatri Highways Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from October 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30th, 2026. All designated persons and connected individuals are prohibited from trading in the company's stock during this period. The date for the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated later.
