Rajasthan Global Securities Acquires 7.70% Stake in GB Logistics Commerce Ltd via Open Market

Rajasthan Global Securities Pvt Ltd has acquired 7.70% stake in GB Logistics Commerce Ltd through the open market. The acquisition was made on 16th February 2026, with the purchase of 8194448 shares of Rs.10 each. The total equity share capital of GB Logistics Commerce Ltd before the acquisition was the same as after the acquisition, which is 6,31,200 shares. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company after the acquisition is also the same.
