Prestige Group Acquires Gurgaon Land for ₹5,600 Cr Residential Project

Prestige Group has expanded its NCR presence by acquiring a 17.14-acre land parcel in Sector 109, Gurgaon for a new residential development. The project is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹5,600 crore and a saleable area of approximately 2.8 million sq. ft. This strategic acquisition, located near the Dwarka Expressway, strengthens the group's residential pipeline in North India and reflects confidence in the NCR market's long-term potential.
