GDL Leasing shareholders approve preferential issue of warrants

GDL Leasing & Finance Limited's shareholders have approved a preferential issue of up to 30,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares. This approval was granted at the company's 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. The warrants will be issued to individuals belonging to the Non-Promoter Group. The company has complied with SEBI Listing Regulations and relevant master circulars in this regard, having already intimated the details to the stock exchanges.
