Gallard Steel Appoints Two Independent Directors and New Auditors

Gallard Steel Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Praveen Sinha and Shri Habib Khandwala as Non-Executive Independent Directors during its 11th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Both directors have been appointed for a term of five years, effective September 8, 2026, until September 7, 2031. Additionally, M/s Anil Kamal Garg & Co., Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the Statutory Auditors for a term extending from the conclusion of the 11th AGM until the conclusion of the 16th AGM in 2031. These appointments are in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
