Gallard Steel Ltd Submits 11th AGM Proceedings

Gallard Steel Limited has submitted the proceedings of its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The meeting commenced at 11:00 A.M. IST and concluded at 11:21 A.M. IST. The registered office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, served as the deemed venue. The company announced that results of e-voting and remote e-voting will be intimated separately within two working days after receiving the Scrutinizer's report.
