Gallard Steel Appoints Two Independent Directors, New Auditor

Gallard Steel Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Praveen Sinha and Shri Habib Khandwala as Non-Executive Independent Directors during its 11th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Both directors will serve a term of five years, effective September 8, 2026. The company also appointed M/s Anil Kamal Garg & Co. as its Statutory Auditors, who will hold office until the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting in 2031. These appointments are in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
