RCC Cements reappoints Sachin Garg as MD for 5 years

RCC Cements Limited announced that its members, in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026, approved the reappointment of Mr. Sachin Garg as the Managing Director. This reappointment is for a second term of five consecutive years, effective from July 8, 2027, to July 7, 2032. Mr. Garg, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, brings over 20 years of experience in corporate laws, audit, finance, taxation, capital markets, and project management. His reappointment is in line with SEBI Listing Regulations, and all resolutions passed at the AGM were duly approved by the members with the requisite majority.
