GE Power India Board Meeting on Nov 13 to Approve Un-Audited Financial Results

GE Power India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The results will be presented on both a standalone and consolidated basis. In line with SEBI regulations and the company's internal code of conduct, the trading window for securities has been closed since October 1, 2026, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the results are made public, expected on November 15, 2026.
