Jyoti Agarwal Acquires 13.87% Shares in GEE Ltd Through SEBI Disclosure

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Jyoti Agarwal has acquired 13.87% shares in GEE Ltd. The acquisition took place on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), where the shares of GEE Ltd are listed. The total shares of GEE Ltd before the acquisition were 5,70,76,932, which increased to 7,20,83,88 after the acquisition. The total diluted share/voting capital of the TC after the acquisition is 5,70,76,932 including 51,00,000 equity convertible share warrants allotted on January 05, 2026.
