The total number of shares acquired is 1,44,16,776, which includes shares carrying voting rights, voting rights otherwise than by equity shares, warrants/convertible securities, and encumbrance. The acquisition was made through a pledge of equity shares on February 03, 2026. The total equity share capital and total voting capital of GEE Ltd after the acquisition is 5,19,76,932 shares having a face value of Rs. 2.00/- each, amounting to Rs. 10,39,53,864/-.

The acquisition took place on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), where the shares of GEE Ltd are listed. The total shares of GEE Ltd before the acquisition were 5,70,76,932, which increased to 7,20,83,88 after the acquisition. The total diluted share/voting capital of the TC after the acquisition is 5,70,76,932 including 51,00,000 equity convertible share warrants allotted on January 05, 2026.
