Gee Limited Promoters Declare No New Encumbrances in FY 2025-26

Gee Limited has submitted the yearly disclosure under Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The promoters of the company, in the disclosure, have declared that they along with persons acting in concert, have not made any new encumbrances, directly or indirectly, other than those already disclosed during the financial year 2025-26. The details of the said encumbrances are annexed in Annexure B.
