Vistra ITCL Acquires 13.86% Shares in GEE Ltd as Debenture Trustee

Vistra ITCL (India) Limited, in its capacity as Debenture Trustee/Security Trustee, has acquired 13.86% shares in GEE Ltd. This acquisition was made on behalf of acquirers acting in concert. The total number of shares acquired is 1,44,16,776, which includes shares carrying voting rights, voting rights otherwise than by equity shares, warrants/convertible securities, and encumbrance. The acquisition was made through a pledge of equity shares on February 03, 2026. The total equity share capital and total voting capital of GEE Ltd after the acquisition is 5,19,76,932 shares having a face value of Rs. 2.00/- each, amounting to Rs. 10,39,53,864/-.
