Geetanjali Credit Appoints Shreedhar Godbole as MD & CFO; Avinash Verma Resigns

Geetanjali Credit and Capital Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 10, 2026. Mr. Shreedhar Vasant Godbole has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Godbole brings over 30 years of experience in financial education and trading. Concurrently, Mr. Avinash Verma has resigned from his position as Additional Executive Director due to pre-occupancy. The company also approved the reconstitution of various Board Committees.
