GEM Enviro Acquires 75% Stake in Novuscom Neo Private Limited

GEM Enviro Management Ltd has entered into a Share Subscription Agreement with Novuscom Neo Private Limited to acquire a 75% stake in the company. The acquisition involves 30,000 Equity Shares and 2,70,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) for a total consideration of ₹30,00,000. This transaction will make Novuscom a subsidiary of GEM Enviro. The agreement includes significant terms such as the right to appoint directors, pre-emptive rights on future share issuances, and tag-along rights.
